Infinix is launching smartphones back-to-back featuring competitive specifications at affordable pricing. Following the Infinix Hot 30 5G smartphone success which made India’s debut in the summer, the company seems working on its successor i.e. Infinix Hot 40 Series. The standard variant smartphone with model code X6836 already surfaced on Bluetooth SIG a few days ago, and now it is shelved on the FCC certification along with Infinix Hot 40i.

Infinix Hot 40 and Hot 40i on FCC – Details

The listing unveils some specification details about the Infinix Hot 40 and Hot 40i. The vanilla variant appears to feature 4G LTE support, 33W fast charging, and feature triple-camera module along with an LED flash. It will be available in the Starlight Black color option. Meanwhile, the Infinix Hot 40i bearing Model number X6528 is listed with 18W fast charging support, and a dual-rear camera setup.

Both smartphones appeared in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant on FCC. This does not confirm that the phone will launch in the single storage variant, there could be other options too.

The listing sans details like camera configuration, battery size, display size, and chipset information. However, we expect more details to surface in the coming days via leaks and public certifications.

The new Infinix Hot 40 and Infinix Hot 40i will bundle advancements over their predecessors – Infinix Hot 30 and Hot 30i which were launched with the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 and MediaTek Helio G37 SoCs, respectively. The standard edition bundles a 6.78-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It houses a 50MP primary and an 8MP selfie camera. Meanwhile, the Infinix Hot 30i comes with a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display, and a 5000 battery with 10W charging.
