Lava is gearing up to unveil its Lava Blaze 2 5G smartphone in India, and although the launch date remains a secret, the company is dropping some interesting hints.
Recently, tipster Mukul Sharma shared a first-look image of the device in a stylish black color. The standout feature here is the circular camera module on the back, accommodating two rear cameras and an LED flash, labeled “AI-CAMERA.”
But what makes the Lava Blaze 2 5G unique is the addition of a Ring Light, making it the first in its segment to come with this feature. While the exact purpose of the Ring Light remains a mystery, it’s highly possible that this could function as a notification LED.
In terms of price, known tipster Sudhanshu Abhore suggests a starting point of around Rs 9,000-10,000, which is quite budget-friendly. In addition to that, the tipster has also leaked the spec sheet of the smartphone.
As per the leak, the Lava Blaze 2 5G will feature an LCD display with a centered punch hole. It will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor with a Mali G57 GPU. It is said to come in two RAM options – 4GB and 6GB, with an additional 4GB or 6GB extended RAM and storage choices of 64GB or 128GB UFS 2.2 storage.
The camera setup includes a 50MP primary camera, a secondary camera, and an LED flash. Charging is swift with 18W fast charging via a USB Type-C port, and the device retains a 3.5mm audio jack. You can opt for either 4GB RAM with 64GB storage or 6GB RAM with 128GB storage.
