Handheld gaming consoles are becoming quite popular across the globe due to their portability and on-the-go experience. Now, fans of those devices in India have something to cheer as ASUS’s ROG Ally has received a price drop making it an attractive time for purchase. The gaming console had debuted in the country in June this year. It packs some impressive hardware and can play top AAA titles.

The ASUS ROG Ally was announced at a price tag of Rs 69,990. Currently, it is available for Rs 63,990 from Flipkart, and ASUS’s official website. This means that the console has received a price drop of Rs 6,000. It’s unclear how long the device will be available at a discounted price. 

Interested customers purchasing the ROG Ally from Flipkart can avail up to Rs 1,750 instant discount via SBI cards. There is also an extra 10 percent discount on combo purchases with select ASUS gaming monitors and computer accessories. Additionally, buyers can also exchange their old laptop and get up to Rs 20,000 off. 

Meanwhile, One Card and Yes Bank cardholders will be eligible for up to Rs 2,500 instant discount on purchasing the ROG Ally from the brand’s official website. 

The ASUS ROG Ally features a 7-inch FHD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 500 nits peak brightness. It is equipped with a AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor coupled with Radeon Navi3 graphics onboard. The console packs 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB storage. The device is powered by a 40Wh battery with support for 65W fast charging.
