According to a Chinese leaker, the Realme GT Neo 6 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Consequently, it will be positioned lower in the lineup than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered Realme GT 5 Pro, which is rumored to cost around 4,000 Yuan (~$550).

The leaker stated that the GT Neo 6 will feature a metallic frame but didn’t disclose any further information about its specifications. Additionally, the leak indicates that the GT Neo 6 will be priced around 2,000 Yuan (~$275).

The Realme GT Neo 6 appears to be a formidable competitor for upcoming affordable flagship phones, such as the OnePlus Ace 3, Redmi K70, iQOO Neo 9, and Honor 100 Pro. There are speculations that the Ace 3 and K70 will be rebranded as the OnePlus 12R and Poco F6 for their global debuts, possibly in the first quarter of 2024.

Returning to the GT Neo 6, it is anticipated to launch in Q1 2024 in China, following the GT Neo 5’s unveiling in February of this year. Hopefully, upcoming reports will provide more details about the Neo 6 in the coming days.
