ASUS has launched the RT-AX57 Go, a new “portable” wireless router in China, priced at 679 Yuan ($95). The sale of this router will start from December 1st. This router stands out for its flexibility and portability, offering a range of features that cater to both home and outdoor use.

Powering the ASUS RT-AX57 Go is a USB-C interface, and it can be powered by a 9V2A mobile power source, making it convenient for on-the-go usage. The router’s connectivity options are notably diverse. It supports broadband wired internet, mobile hotspots, and 4G network cards, providing versatile internet access in different scenarios.

In terms of speed and performance, the router is equipped with the Wi-Fi 6 protocol, ensuring fast dual-band concurrent wireless speeds up to 3000 Mbps. It also comes with a substantial 512MB of DDR4 memory, which contributes to its faster response times and efficient handling of multiple connections.

The RT-AX57 Go surpasses a typical mobile hotspot in several ways. It offers wider coverage, with a range of up to 100 meters compared to 30-50 meters of a standard mobile hotspot. It can also connect to more than 70 devices at once, a significant upgrade from the 8-device limit of typical hotspots. When used outdoors, the RT-AX57 Go boasts an impressive coverage of up to 100 meters. Additionally, the router provides more stable connections, avoiding the frequent disconnections often experienced with mobile hotspots. It also maintains higher network speeds even when multiple devices are connected, ensuring stable and continuous connectivity.
