As the December 7 launch date is gradually approaching, Realme is confirming the key details of the Realme GT 5 Pro. The company rolled out the below teasers to confirm the battery size and charging capabilities of the GT 5 Pro. In addition, a snapshot of what appears to be from the Tmall Chinese retailer app is now doing the rounds on Weibo. The image has revealed the alleged starting price of the device.
Realme GT 5 Pro price (rumored)
The above screengrab (via. DCS) mentions the starting price of the Realme GT 5 Pro as 3,499 Yuan (~$495). This could be the price of the 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage variant of the device. Rumors are rife that the device will ship with up to 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
Readers should note that there is no official announcement about the Realme GT 5 Pro price. However, if it does start at 3,499 Yuan, it will be less expensive than similar smartphones running the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, such as the Xiaomi 14 and iQOO 12, which begin at 3,999 Yuan ($565).
As can be seen in the above posters, Realme has confirmed that the GT 5 Pro will feature a 5,400mAh battery, which will offer 406 hours of standby time and up to 8 hours of continuous Honor of Kings gameplay time. With support for 100W wired charging, users will be able to charge the GT 5 Pro in just 12 minutes completely. In addition, it will also support 50W wireless charging.
Some of its other features that have already been confirmed include a BOE OLED curved-edge screen, a 50-megapixel LYT-808 primary camera, a 50-megapixel IMX890 periscope telephoto camera, LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and 12000mm² heat dissipation unit.
