As expected, the Infinix Hot 40 Series is finally launched, featuring three new smartphones – Infinix Hot 40i, Infinix Hot 40, and Infinix 40 Pro. Each smartphone offers competitive specifications at an affordable price. The Infinix Hot 40i ships with the Unisoc T606, the Infinix Hot 40 comes with the MediaTek Helio G88, and the Infinix 40 Pro houses the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. Infinix Hot 40 Pro Specifications and Features

The Smartphone comprises a 6.78-inch LCD FHD+ 90Hz display boasting 500 nits brightness. It’s a feast for the eyes, all wrapped up in dimensions measuring 168.61 x 76.61 x 8.25mm and weighing 199 grams. It is powered by the dynamic MediaTek Helio G99, 4/8GB LPDDR4x RAM, and expandable up to 8GB virtual RAM. The storage options include 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2, with the flexibility of expandable storage via a microSD card slot.

The Hot 40 Pro embeds a 32MP front camera with a front dual flash present inside the pill-shaped notch. On the rear, a Triple Camera Setup comprising 108MP + 2MP macro + AI triple cam ensures better photography.

There’s a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The user can unlock the device effortlessly with the Side-FS fingerprint sensor and enjoy the intuitive Android 13 aka. XOS 13.5 featuring Magic Ring notifications. Users can choose from different color options, including Starlit Black, Palm Blue, Horizon Gold, and Starfall Green.

Infinix Hot 40 Details

The Hot 40 features the same 6.78-inch LCD FHD+ 90Hz display offering 500 nits brightness and 1080*2460 pixel resolution. However, it offers only a 90Hz refresh rate and 270Hz touch sampling rate.

Unlike the Pro Variant, the Infinix Hot 40 runs on the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset as revealed earlier via Google Play Console, 4/8GB LPDDR4 RAM, expandable up to 8GB virtual RAM. It is available in two storage options of 128GB or 256GB (eMMC), with the added benefit of a microSD card slot.

There’s the same 32MP front camera dual-led flash and a Dual Camera Setup of 50MP + 2MP macro on the rear bundling quad flash. A 5,000mAh battery combined with 33W fast charging ensures the smartphone keeps up throughout the day. The Side-FS fingerprint sensor adds to the seamless experience. It runs Android 13 with XOS 13.5 and Magic Ring notifications designed for its pill-shaped display notch.

It measures 168.61 x 76.61 x 8.25mm and weighs 196 grams, it strikes the right balance. It is available in four color options Starlit Black, Palm Blue, Horizon Gold, or Starfall Green.

Infinix Hot 40i Features

A 90Hz 6.58-inch LCD HD+ display with 720×1612 pixels resolution and 480nit brightness is available. It houses Unisoc T606 SoC with 4/8GB LPDDR4 RAM and 128/256GB UFS storage. It offers expandable storage via a MicroSD card slot. There’s the same 32MP camera on the front with Dual LED flash and a 50MP single-rear camera with Quad LED flash.

Infinix Hot 40i packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging capability. Bundling a side fingerprint sensor, the smartphone confirms quick authentication. It measures 163.5 x 75.59 x 8.30 mm and weighs only 190 grams. It is also available in Starlit Black, Palm Blue, Horizon Gold, or Starfall Green.

All the smartphones will be made available under $200 (~Rs 16,675). The information about the availability is yet to be unwrapped.
