New smartphones are coming up every other week after a slowdown for a while. Three more releases are scheduled for the next few days.

Two of these will have press conferences. They will take place in India and China. Whereas, the third one will be announced online.

The physical events will be hosted by Vivo in China and iQOO in India. Whereas, the online announcement will be headed by Realme in India.

1. iQOO 12

iQOO 12

The iQOO 12 is scheduled to launch in India on December 12 (Tuesday). It will be made official at an event which will begin at 12 PM IST. The conference will be live-streamed on YouTube.

The iQOO 12 was initially released in China in November, followed by Southeast Asia recently. Therefore, everything about this handset is already known.

The device comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, a 6.78-inch 1.5K 144Hz OLED display, a 50MP (wide) + 50MP (ultrawide) + 64MP (3x periscope) triple camera setup, a 16MP selfie camera, Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14, an IP64 rating, a 5,000mAh battery, and 120W wired charging support.

2. Vivo S18 Series

Vivo S18 Series

The Vivo S18 series is set to go official in China on December 14 (Thursday). It will be announced at a press conference which will start at 2 PM local time (GMT+8). The event will be live-streamed on leading Chinese video streaming platforms.

According to leaks and teasers, the Vivo S18 lineup will consist of three models, namely Vivo S18, Vivo S18 Pro, and Vivo S18e. The former will be powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and Dimensity 9200 Plus chipsets, respectively.

The ‘Pro’ variant will arrive with a 50MP Sony IMX920 main camera from Vivo X100. This sensor will be paired with a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide unit and a 12MP Sony IMX663 2x telephoto shooter. The phone will draw energy from a 5,000mAh battery and support 80W wired charging.

3. Realme C67 5G

Realme C67 5G

The Realme C67 5G will debut in India on December 14 (Thursday). It will be unveiled in a live stream scheduled for 12 PM IST.

The handset will come with a flat frame design. It will be the thinnest 5G smartphone in its segment and will carry support for 33W charging.

The device is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus SoC. It will be available in green and black color options.
