OnePlus 12 and Realme GT 5 Pro, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, have recently launched in China. The Nubia Z60 Ultra, which is scheduled to go official on Dec. 19 is the next Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 phone heading to the Chinese market. The company recently started revealing the camera capabilities of the Z60 Ultra. The below poster reveals that all three rear-facing cameras of the smartphone will have support for optical image stabilization (OIS).

Nubia recently confirmed that the Z60 Ultra’s rear camera setup will include a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support. To be precise, it will have a 1/1.56-inch camera sensor size, an f/1.8 aperture, and capabilities similar to those of an ultra-wide camera.

Rumors surrounding the Z60 Ultra have revealed that it will have another 50-megapixel camera, which could be an ultra-wide lens and a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. These cameras will also arrive with OIS support.

According to reports, the Nubia Z60 Ultra will arrive with a 6.8-inch OLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will arrive with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The handset will run on the MyOS-based Android 14.

For selfies, the Z60 Ultra will have a 16-megapixel under-display camera. It will house a 6,000mAh battery that supports 80W charging. In addition, it will have an IP68-rated dustproof and water-resistant chassis. At present, there is no word on the price of the device.
