In India, the brand recently unveiled the Realme C67, which is the company’s first-ever C-series phone with 5G support. It appears that the company may not have any plans to launch any new smartphones in the remaining 15 days of the year 2023. However, it is expected to start the year 2024 with a bang, as it is rumored to launch the Realme 12 series and the Realme GT Neo 6 in the Chinese market.

The Realme GT 5 Pro is the company’s first smartphone to feature a periscope telephoto camera. It features a Sony IMX890 periscope zoom unit that supports up to 3x optical zoom. Some of the other flagship phones, such as the OnePlus 12 and the iQOO 12 series, are equipped with the OmniVision OV64B 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera that offers up to 3x optical zoom.

As per recent reports, Realme will incorporate the flagship-level OV64B periscope zoom unit into its upcoming Realme 12 Pro series of smartphones.
