Xiaomi‘s Smart Door Lock E20 now has a new version. The E20 WiFi version was first launched in China in October this year under crowdfunding with open sales starting in November. The new product has the same design as the previous E20 WiFi version and core configuration. However, the new Cat eye version is equipped with a 2.3 MP camera and a 172° super large wide-angle sensor. The camera enables homeowners to see the situation outside the door, even at night with a low-light full-color night vision.

In addition, users can also make visual calls with visitors outside the door, and even support voice-changing calls, making children safer at home.

Xiaomi Smart Door Lock E20 Cat eye version can also function as an alarm, which can capture abnormal videos outside the door in real-time. It supports remote real-time viewing and supports 3-day free cloud circulation storage.

As stated earlier, other aspects are the same as the E20 WiFi version. It adopts a relatively conventional handle design and supports multiple unlocking methods such as fingerprint, password, periodic/one-time password, NFC, mobile phone Bluetooth, and key.

It has AI 3D fingerprint recognition technology with a recognition rate of 99.2% and a recognition speed of only 0.5 seconds. It can also continuously iterate fingerprint recognition through an AI self-learning algorithm. The longer it is used, the faster the unlocking time.
