The update also introduces Aquamorphic-themed ringtones, revamped notification sounds, and smoother system animations.

It’s important to acknowledge that early releases may have their quirks. Users employing floating windows might encounter a desktop sliding issue, easily rectified by pulling down the status bar. Additionally, the Glance Lock-screen feature will not be present in this version but is slated for future releases.

For those considering participation, the application channel is open from December 18, 2023. However, it’s crucial to recognize the inherent nature of beta software, with potential bugs and app compatibility issues. Realme advises users against installing the early access version on their primary devices to avoid any unforeseen disruptions in daily use.

How to apply

Before diving in, ensure your Realme C55 has a minimum 60% battery and follow the application process outlined in the Software Update Application channel. As a precaution, users are advised to back up their data. Also, make sure that your device is updated to the required UI version: RMX3710_11.A.63. Navigate to Settings → About device → Click on the “realme UI 4.0” banner at the top → Click on the three dots in the top right corner → Beta program →Early Access →Apply Now → Submit your details and finish the application).
