iQOO officially launched the Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro smartphones in China yesterday. Both devices come with premium specifications, including flagship-grade processor, AMOLED display, fast charging, and more. The devices were up for pre-order after the launch and will go on sale starting December 30.

Now, iQOO has shared its pre-order data, and it looks like the devices have gotten a great response in mainland China. According to iQOO, one hour after the pre-sale of the iQOO Neo 9 series started, the sales volume of these devices exceeded the full-day pre-sale of the Neo 8 series.

Moreover, the total sales of the iQOO Neo 9 series on the first day of pre-order is 200% of the deposit pre-order of the Neo 8 series in the same period. In simpler terms, the iQOO Neo 9 series sold twice as many units (not just collected twice the deposit amount) on its first day of pre-orders compared to the Neo 8 series.
