Realme has kicked off 2024 with the announcement of a new smartphone line called the Realme Note series. So far, reports have revealed two devices in the lineup called the Realme Note 1 and the Realme Note 50. While the Note 1 seems to be a new device, the Note 50 appears to be a rebrand of the Realme C51 meant for the global market.

Tipster @passionategeeks over at X has revealed that the device will debut with a 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model on January 24. A leaked poster previously revealed that the device will have a 6.7-inch 90Hz HD+ display, 7.99mm thickness, and IP54 dust and water resistance. The design of the device has also been confirmed through unboxing videos, confirming that it will be available in a blue color variant.

Based on the assumption that the device does turn out to be a rebrand of the Realme C51, it will likely feature a Unisoc T612 chipset under the hood, paired with the Android 13-based Realme UI T operating system. We can also expect a 5,000mAh battery onboard, along with 33W fast charging support. That being said, the unboxing video has revealed that the device will ship with a 10W charger in the box.

Additionally, the smartphone could offer support for a microSD card slot for expandable storage and a 3.5mm audio jack. The camera system will likely offer a 50-megapixel primary sensor, along with an auxiliary camera. On the front, it will likely offer a 5MP sensor. These details will likely be confirmed before the January 24 launch date, so stay tuned.
