The Chinese smartphone maker’s upcoming phone was leaked by known tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo. The brand is working on a new device that will be equipped with a yet-to-be-released Qualcomm chipset. In a previous leak, the mysterious iQOO phone will sport a flat OLED 8T LTPO display that supports Full HD+ resolution. The chipset in question is the Snapdragon SM8365 SoC.

The processor in question is rumored to be the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC. However, this is still unconfirmed so take this with a pinch of salt. This previous leak also added that the unreleased iQOO phone may support an impressive 120W wired fast charging. If the device does feature the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC, it will likely be paired with the Adreno 740 for graphics. The chipset is expected to feature the Cortex X4 prime core, Cortex A720, and Cortex A520 CPU cores.

So there’s a chance that it could be a Snapdragon 8 series chipset as well. In a previous leak, Digital Chat Station adds that this iQOO phone will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery pack and a plastic middle frame. The Snapdragon may be paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It might be a Neo series smartphone as well, but this is still just unconfirmed at the moment. So stick around for more updates.
