Yesterday, the Honor X9b accidentally leaked on Amazon India even before the official announcement by the brand. The leak revealed Now, the brand has confirmed the launch date of the smartphone as well. As per a recent tweet by the brand, the Honor X9b will make its Indian debut on February 15.
As per the tweet, the Honor X9b will be India’s first ultra-bounce display smartphone featuring ‘Airbag’ technology. This phone will feature a three-level protection system for the screen, frame, and internal components. It has a specialized cushioning material with micron-sized pores, capable of absorbing 1.2 times the impact of a drop.
Honor X9b specs
The Honor X9b boasts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, offering a resolution of 1200 x 2652 pixels, a 19.9:9 aspect ratio, and 10-bit color support for improved image quality. It is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. The device is available in two RAM configurations globally – 8 GB and 12 GB – each coupled with 256 GB of internal storage. Running on Magic OS 7.2 based on Android 13, the Honor X9b promises a user-friendly experience.
Battery capacity is a highlight, with a 5,800mAh battery supporting 35W fast charging. For photography, the phone features a 108-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera at the rear, along with a 16-megapixel front camera. Additional features include dual SIM support, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
