itel is apparently planning on launching brand new smartphones in India soon. A fresh report has revealed that the company will be releasing three models from its Power series in the month of February. So here are all the details.
itel Power series smartphones to launch in February
According to a report from 91Mobiles, the brand is gearing up to unveil three new smartphones under its itel Power series. Sources close to the matter have claimed that itel will will host a launch event sometime next month, where it could launch three new models. Unfortunately, the exact launch date is still unclear but an official announcement should arrive soon.
The report adds that the first model in the series will run on the Android 14 Go edition out of the box. Although, this is the only device that features the Android Go edition operating system. For those unaware, the Go version of Android is typically reserved for entry level phones. So we can expect the upcoming device to also launch with a budget price tag. The sources added that the second itel Power phone will feature ultra fast charging capabilities.
Lastly, the third and final model in the Power lineup will come with an exclusive India first memory feature. A marketing image of one of these devices was also shared. This offers us a slight look at the design, which includes a dual camera setup on the rear, and a punch hole cutout for the selfie camera on the front. This design makes it appear quite similar to the itel P55+, which launched in Africa at the start of this month. So stay tuned for more, as we will be providing updates when more information is available regarding this matter.
