Honor is gearing up to launch the X9b smartphone in India on February 15. The brand is also confirmed to launch two new wearables – the Choice Earbuds X5 and Choice Watch at the event. The brand has been teasing key details about the upcoming offerings leading up to the launch event. Now, the Honor X9b’s configurations and battery has been revealed.

The Honor X9b is confirmed to come with a curved display bearing a 1.5K resolution. It will have five-fold eye protection with a 1920Hz PWM Dimming risk, automatic brightness, low blue light display, and circadian night display. The smartphone is teased to have a circular camera island on the back panel although the configuration has not been confirmed yet. 

As per the Amazon microsite, the Honor X9b will be powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. It will be offered in 8 GB of RAM along with an additional 8GB virtual RAM technology. It will pack 256GB of native storage onboard. The smartphone will run on Android 13-based MagicOS 7.2 out of the box. The upcoming offering is teased to be backed by a 5,800mAh battery unit that is claimed to last up to 3 days on a single charge. 

Honor says that the X9b has received Gold Label recognition from DXOMARK. It has 3 years of anti-aging performance and is capable of retaining 80 percent original capacity even after 1,000 charge cycles.
