After the ThinkBook 14+/16+ 2024 laptops, the Lenovo ThinkBook 14 2024 Core Edition laptop now goes on sale today on JD.com with a price tag of 4,999 Yuan (~$695). It is powered by the Intel Core Ultra 5 CPU and is backed by a 16GB + 1TB configuration.

This laptop is equipped with a 14-inch 2.8K 120Hz IPS screen (2880 x 1800 resolution) that offers a 90% screen-to-body ratio. For display quality, this display covers a 100% sRGB color gamut, with a brightness of 400 nits. The screen is also TÜV Rheinland certified to ensure eye safety.
In terms of performance, this laptop comes equipped with the 14-core 18-thread Intel Core Ultra 5 125H AI-enabled CPU + integrated Intel ARC graphics + 16GB 5600MHz DDR5 dual-channel memory + 1TB M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 SSD. Notably, the dual memory slots are expandable up to 64GB (32GB + 32GB) and the dual hard drive slots are also expandable up to 2TB (2TB + 2TB). It uses a “Single fan + dual heat pipe” configuration, releasing 40W of performance.
In addition, this notebook is equipped with a 60 Whr battery and supports Fn+Q to switch to three performance modes. It is claimed that the battery can be recharged to 50% with 30 minutes of charging in the shutdown state.
