Colorful, a leading brand in gaming PC components, has launched its CVN B650M GAMING FROZEN motherboard. This is the brand’s first AMD AM5 motherboard and supports AMD Ryzen 7000 Series and the latest Ryzen 8000 Series processors with Ryzen AI and support for support for AVX-512. It also equips support for AMD’s latest 8000G series APU.

The CVN B650M GAMING FROZEN features a 12+1+1 digital power phase design with 55 A DrMos and 10K black gold solid capacitors, which enables robust power delivery. As a result, it can power up to can support up to AMD Ryzen 9 level processors.

This motherboard comes with a dimension of 245mm x 245mm and offers an aesthetic look with a white-on-silver camo style design that covers both front and back. The CVN logo lights up! (thanks to the addition of RGB). This RGB light can reportedly be synchronized with other RGB components by using the iGame Center app.

For memory, it packs 4 x DDR5 DIMM Socket with XMP support. Notably, the slots offer single memory support of up to 48GB and a total of 192GB. For storage, it supports 4 x SATA 3.0 (6GB/s) and 2 x M.2 SSD. You can see more details about the storage and memory in the table below.
