Realme has officially confirmed the launch date of its upcoming C-series smartphone in India. It is set to arrive in the country later this week. The Realme C65 5G will debut as the successor to the last year’s C64. The company has put up a microsite of the device revealing its key specifications and also revealing its price. Realme C65 5G India launch date revealed
The Realme C65 5G is scheduled to launch in India on April 26 at 12 pm IST. The microsite confirms that the device will have a boxy design with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button. The back panel has a circular camera module housing a 50MP main sensor and a secondary lens. The smartphone will be available in Black and Green color options.
The Realme C65 5G will have a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout. Realme says that the upcoming offering is the first phone in the segment to feature a 120Hz display and only 1nit low blue light certification. It is also the first in the segment to be IP64 certified dust and water-resistant.
The Realme C65 5G is also confirmed to be the first phone in the world to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. The company is touting the device as the ‘fastest entry-level 5G from Rs 9,999. We assume this is for the base RAM and storage configuration which has not been revealed yet. The leaked marketing material revealed that the smartphone will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 15W charging and up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Additionally, for those unaware, the brand is also announcing Narzo 70 series phones in India tomorrow.
