Infinix has finally launched the GT 20 Pro smartphone in India a few weeks after its global debut. The brand markets this device as a gaming smartphone with its eye-catching looks and the Dimensity 8200 processor.

The GT 20 Pro features a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a high 144Hz refresh rate. The phone offers a 94.3% screen-to-body ratio, along with 2340Hz PWM dimming, a peak brightness of 1,300 nits, and full coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It also has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.

Under the hood, the phone houses the Dimensity 8200 Ultimate, coupled with the Pixelworks X5 Turbo gaming display chip that uses MEMC and Game Optical Optimization technology to achieve up to 120fps frame rates in games. It comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It draws power from a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. Software-wise, the device runs on an Android 14-based XOS 14 operating system.

Infinix has also put in a dual JBL speaker setup as well as an x-axis linear motor to improve the gaming experience. As for optics, the device has a 108MP primary camera with OIS support, paired with a couple of 2MP cameras and a 32MP front camera. Other features of the GT 20 Pro include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, an IR blaster, and a USB-C port. It is rated for IP54 dust and water-resistant.

Pricing & availability

The Infinix GT 20 Pro is available in Mecha Blue, Mecha Orange, and Mecha Silver. It is priced at Rs. 24,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model and Rs. 26,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model. You can purchase it on Flipkart starting May 28th.

Infinix is also offering a free GT Gaming kit worth Rs. 5499 with the purchase, and buyers can get further discounts using ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and SBI cards or through a device exchange offer.
