Meizu has begun the internal testing of its Flyme AIOS today for the Meizu 21 series devices. Users of all three models – Meizu 21 (review), Meizu 21 PRO, and Meizu 21 Note – can now experience the new features by registering for the internal beta inside System Updates in Settings. However, according to some users, the registration channel for Flyme AIOS is facing some issues as of writing. Some of them were reportedly blocked from registering for the internal testing.

Flyme AIOS features:

The new build comes with a bunch of AI features such as AI document summarization, Call assistant, AI note-taking, and more. let’s discuss them one by one.

AI document summarization: It can quickly summarize a document and also allows the user to ask questions based on the summary and it will answer the question with information from the document. The feature also works with documents in English and can also translate them into Chinese on the go.

Drag and drop: This feature allows you to easily copy or move files between places.

Call Assistant: It can translate your call in real-time, record and summarize calls, and even generate to-do lists based on your conversation.

Task script: Task script: assists you in completing the important things you need to do on a daily basis, This feature will also recommend script settings based on your habits; and also offers voice output of the scripts.

AI note-taking: It helps you quickly write down meeting agendas, and OKRs, come up with strategies, and more.

Live chat: It supports interviews, consultation and other professional conversation scenarios.

Additionally, the new update also offers support for web page summarization and AI search that offer you a summary along with sources to learn more about the topic.
