ViewSonic has launched a new monitor overseas targeted towards FPS gamers and fast-paced action: the XG2536. This 24-inch display boasts a high refresh rate of 280Hz combined with a 1080p resolution, offering smooth visuals for competitive gaming. While the official launch date remains unknown, the price is set at US$290 (around RMB 2,104).

The XG2536 features a 1920 x 1080 resolution IPS panel with a 280Hz refresh rate, ensuring a tear-free and responsive gaming experience. It delivers a respectable brightness of 300 nits, a 1000:1 static contrast ratio, and a 5ms response time. Additionally, the monitor offers good color reproduction with 8-bit color depth and covers 99% of the sRGB and 98% of the NTSC color gamuts.
For ergonomics, the stand provides a wide range of adjustments including tilt, rotation, horizontal and vertical movement, and pitch. The monitor is also equipped with two 2W speakers for basic audio needs and an ambient light on the back for a touch of atmosphere. Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, a USB-C 3.2 port with 65W Power Delivery for charging laptops, and a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
