Xiaomi has unveiled a new color variant of the Bluetooth Speaker Mini. The new Light Brown color variant of the model is designed in a manner to ensure wear resistance and scratch resistance for outdoor use. Xiaomi says the speaker can maintain an excellent appearance even in extreme or harsh environments. The bottom of the body of the speaker is equipped with anti-collision soft rubber. This ensures that any accidental impact on the speaker is effectively reduced, ensuring its higher durability.
The Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker Mini is rated IP67 waterproof and dustproof. It is therefore well-suited for use outdoors and in various environments. The Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker Mini has a 3-unit acoustic architecture and a symmetrical full-range speaker design. It achieves 360 º omnidirectional sound output. The speaker features multiple built-in audio styles and also supports manual adjustment of the frequency response curve to align the sound with the user’s personal preferences. The speaker is connected to the Xiaomi Pengpai Zhilian architecture and is compatible with the Xiaomi Pengpai OS. Using its NFC feature, the speaker achieves Bluetooth quick connection by just touching the NFC area of the speaker.
The Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker Mini is equipped with a 2,000mAh battery that delivers up to 11 hours of playback. You can fully recharge the battery in 1.8 hours (108 minutes). The speaker can be connected to two mobile devices simultaneously and you can rotate the playback source as desired.
The Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker Mini Light Brown color variant is available on retail platforms in China including JD. com for 199 yuan ($27). There are no global availability details yet for the new Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker Mini Light Brown color variant.
