Nubia has unveiled the Redmagic Mechanical Keyboard 1S, boasting features targeted towards gamers and enthusiasts. Earlier today, the company also announced the Gaming Mouse 1S.
Available in two versions, “Dawn Transparent” and “Mora Customized,” both priced at 649 yuan (roughly $89), the Red Magic Mechanical Keyboard 1S launches for purchase on June 18th. It is currently up for pre-order on JD.com. Let’s check out its key specs.

The keyboard utilizes a gasket mount with a layer system to minimize noise and vibration. This includes internal noise-reduction cotton, a PET sound cushion, a lower cushion, and a silicone bottom cushion, effectively isolating unwanted sounds and creating a satisfying keystroke feel.
The highlight of the keyboard is the inclusion of a 1.47-inch display screen positioned in the upper right corner. This screen can display system parameters, Red Magic wallpapers, or even custom images and GIFs chosen by the user. Additionally, a knob beside the display allows for quick adjustments to system functions.
The Redmagic Mechanical Keyboard 1S comes with triple-mode connectivity. It can be connected wirelessly via Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz wireless, or opt for a wired USB-C connection. It also supports MAC OS compatibility with a dedicated switch key combination.
Furthermore, the mechanical keyboard boasts three hot-swappable switch options: Huano Matcha Latte V2, Black Gold Red Switch, and Black Gold Tea Switch. These switches cater to different typing styles, with the Matcha Latte V2 offering a light and tactile feel, the Black Gold Red Switch favoring a linear and quick actuation, and the Black Gold Tea Switch providing a tactile bump with a moderate actuation force.
The Red Magic Mechanical Keyboard 1S features RGB lighting, boasting approximately 16.77 million colors and supporting Magic Light Interconnection, allowing for synchronized lighting effects across multiple Red Magic devices. The keyboard also packs a 4000mAh battery, promising up to 200 hours of usage time with the lighting off.
The Mora Customized Edition offers a unique aesthetic for fans of the Mora esports team. This version features a Mora-themed color scheme and keycaps adorned with Q-version team mascots. The keycaps utilize PBT sublimation for a durable and wear-resistant finish.
