Edifier has introduced its latest wireless portable speaker. The Edifier M125 boasts a highly compact design and can work with devices come with Bluetooth. It can play audio locally as well.
Inside the Edifier M125 are dual 36mm full-range speakers and an 86 x 35mm large-size passive radiator, providing a total output of 2x 4W. While the new Edifier portable wireless speaker boasts Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, it utilizes the SBC audio codec. This means audio quality might be compressed compared to speakers supporting codecs like AAC.
The new Edifier M125 is remarkably compact, measuring 17.6cm in length, 6.7cm in width, and 2.9cm in thickness, with a weight of 260g. The speaker can play audio via Bluetooth and also features an SD card slot, allowing you to play songs stored locally on your memory card. The device can be charged via its USB Type-C port.
The new Edifier M125 can connect to multiple devices simultaneously. You can manage the settings of the Edifier M125 from your smartphone using Edifier’s mobile app. Furthermore, the device comes with a 2600mAh battery offering up to 13 hours of continuous playback. The speaker was initially introduced in China with a price tag of 169 CNY, approximately 23 USD.
