The screen’s 1800R curvature aims to pull gamers deeper into their gaming sessions by providing a more immersive viewing experience. The Smart Crosshair feature is a key highlight, adjusting the crosshair color automatically to stand out against various game backgrounds, helping players aim more accurately.

This monitor comes with DisplayHDR TrueBlack 400, offering high contrast and brightness for clearer and more detailed images. It also supports a 175 Hz refresh rate, allowing for smooth and responsive gameplay.

Philips has included its Ambiglow lighting technology, which enhances the ambiance by syncing the backlight with the on-screen action. For comfort, the monitor features an adjustable stand, making it easy for users to set the ideal viewing angle. The monitor has a variety of connectivity options including HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB ports.

Pricing and availability

Philips has set the price of the Evnia 34M2C6500 at £699.99 in the UK and €869 in the Eurozone, making it an attractive option for gamers seeking high-end features without breaking the bank.

In related news, Philips has recently debuted another monitor in the Chinese market called the Philips 24E1N1520. It has a 24″ IPS LCD panel with a 2560 x 1440 resolution and 8-bit color depth. That said, the monitor is geared more toward productivity rather than gaming as it only has a 100Hz refresh rate, making it quite inexpensive with a 699 yuan ($96) price tag.
