LG Electronics has released its latest B4 series of OLED TVs, boasting features that cater to both movie enthusiasts and gamers.

The B4 TVs come with self-lit OLED pixels, delivering deep blacks and vibrant colors for an immersive viewing experience. Their Alpha 8 AI processor automatically optimizes picture settings based on what’s on screen. For movie lovers, the TVs offer Dolby Vision and Atmos compatibility for a theater-like atmosphere at home.

As for gamers, the B4 TVs have a lightning-fast response time of 0.1ms response time and a 120Hz refresh rate to eliminate any blur and tearing, keeping fast-paced action sequences smooth. Compatibility with NVIDIA G-Sync, AMD FreeSync Premium, and VRR also helps in eliminating screen tearing.

The TV has many smart features like built-in support for popular platforms like Amazon Alexa, Apple AirPlay, and Google Assistant. Additionally, users also get access to over 300 free channels with LG Channels, or access premium content through streaming services.
The B4 series comes in 55-, 65-, and 77-inch sizes, starting at a competitive $1,699, making it a more affordable option compared to the previous C4 series. LG is currently offering an introductory discount on the 55-inch model, bringing the price down to $1,499.
In addition to their new TVs, LG has launched a new washing machine in China, the 14kg Mijing. This machine features innovative “AI direct-drive frequency conversion” technology. This system can detect the type of fabric being washed and adjust the washing cycle accordingly. LG claims this technology not only reduces clothing damage by 30% but also improves energy efficiency by 25%.
