Foremost chipmaker Qualcomm has penned a deal with Manchester United Football Club to adorn the Snapdragon logo on the clubside’s home shirts during the next Premier League season. The Snapdragon-branded Manchester United shirts will thus be available for purchase by the teeming fans of the club.
Manchester United kits are manufactured by sports giant Adidas and next season (2024/2025), the iconic brand will sport the Snapdragon logo on the red home kit of the club. This is a major milestone for Qualcomm and the achievement underscores the progress that Qualcomm as a chipmaker has made to be at the top of the market.
Qualcomm is an Official Global Partner of Manchester United FC and its logo will debut when MUFC kickstarts its US/ Europe pre-season tour this month. Interestingly, the lineup of fixtures includes a match between MUFC and Real Betis at the Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego California on July 31. The fixture is part of the Snapdragon Cup matches.
Qualcomm says that its partnership with the most popular football club on the planet will bolster the brand’s global recognition.
