The ID label document reveals that the device will arrive with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. It is speculated that the device will also come in a 12GB+256GB version.

The device may come with the Dimensity 8200 chipset and Android 14 OS, according to the Geekbench listing. The FCC documents also suggest that the Infinix Zero 40 5G may support NFC connectivity and 45W fast charging.
