Xiaomi has officially launched the Smart Door Lock 2 Face Recognition Edition, available for purchase starting today at 10:00 for 1899 yuan.

The door lock features 3D structured light facial recognition, capable of detecting faces within a 1.2 to 2 meter height range at a distance of 0.4 to 0.8 meters. It supports multiple unlocking methods and offers enhanced security with 3D live anti-counterfeiting technology.
Equipped with a dual-core AI chip, the lock optimizes performance over time. An integrated 2.3-megapixel camera with a 160-degree wide-angle view provides AI humanoid detection and three days of cloud storage. The lock can be linked with other smart home devices for automated functions.
A noise reduction automatic lock body ensures convenient and quiet operation. The lock employs a direct plug-in C-level lock cylinder for added security against tampering.
