Honor‘s high-end camera monster to arrive India very soon. Honor Magic 6 Pro is at the 2nd place in the DxOMark’s smartphone camera rankings. The phone visited the India’s BIS certification.

A new device with the model number “BVL-N49” has been spotted on the India BIS website by TheTechOutlook. While the certificate doesn’t explicitly confirm it’s the Honor Magic 6 Pro, this model number matches with the Honor’s new flagship.

The listing of Honor Magic 6 Pro on Amazon India back in May actually hinted at its arrival in India. With the BIS certification in hand, it’s safe to say Honor is gearing up for its release. While the exact launch date in India hasn’t been announced yet, it’s expected to debut soon.

The Magic 6 Pro is currently available in Europe, so this is not a new phone. Honor keeps the Indian launch for a later time. Honor Magic 6 Pro features a 6.8-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, including a dedicated security chip. Its impressive camera setup includes a high-resolution 180MP periscope lens with 2.5x optical and 100x digital zoom, along with 50MP wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle lenses, plus a 50MP front camera. It’s equipped with a 5,600mAh battery supporting 80W fast wired charging and 66W wireless charging.
