Design-wise, the Q85H features a glass string aesthetic with Al Sonic-Adaptation technology that adjusts the sound field based on the environment. It offers six audio modes for customization (standard, movie, music, sports, news, games) and is Golden Ear tuned for audiophile-grade sound. Connectivity options include Airplay 2, a custom CEC protocol, HDMI eARC with VRR and ALLM support, 4K HDR, and Dolby Vision passthrough, allowing control with a single remote.
