Honor has finally launched the Honor 200 series in the Indian market, a couple of months after the Chinese debut. The lineup includes the Honor 200 and the 200 Pro. In this article, we will be covering all the details of the Honor 200.
Honor 200 specs:
The Honor 200 features a 6.7-inch 2664 × 1200 OLED four-edge curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. It has a local peak brightness of 4000 nits, displays 1.07 billion colors, offers natural light-like eye protection, sleep-assist display technology, and has passed the German Rheinland TÜV flicker-free certification.
Powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and Adreno 720 GPU, it uses a stainless steel vapor chamber, with an extra-large VC area of 36,881mm². The cooling system is thin, measuring approximately 0.3mm.
The rear camera setup has a 50MP camera with an f/1.95 aperture and OIS, a 50MP telephoto camera with an f/2.4 aperture and OIS, and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle macro camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera supports up to 4K video recording and up to 50x digital zoom, with modes like night mode, portrait mode, and AI photography. The front camera has a 50MP wide-angle lens with an f/2.1 aperture, supporting up to 4K video recording and multiple shooting modes.
The Honor 200 has a 5200mAh battery with 100W Super Fast Charge, charging up to 57% in 15 minutes. It includes an AI intelligent charging mode that adjusts charging protection based on usage habits. It supports dual SIM cards, 5G, and 4G, with connectivity options including WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth 5.3, infrared remote control, and NFC. The device has an in-screen fingerprint sensor and stereo speakers with 7.1 audio effects.
Pricing & availability
The HONOR 200 is available in Moonlight White and Black, priced at ₹34,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model and ₹39,999 for the 12GB + 512GB model. Launch offers during the Amazon Prime Day Sale on July 20th and 21st include an instant ₹1,000 discount for all customers. ICICI Bank and SBI Bank credit card holders can receive an additional ₹2,000 discount.
Customers can also choose between free HONOR gifts worth ₹8,499 at selected mainline stores or an instant coupon discount of ₹2,000. With these offers, the HONOR 200 5G (8GB + 256GB) variant can be purchased for as low as ₹29,999 on July 20th and 21st.
