The Ark Frozen motherboard supports DDR5 memory and includes four PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots for high-speed NVMe SSDs. The design, inspired by CVN-class battleships, features a titanium gray color throughout, from the heat sinks to the PCB finish. It offers a 14+1+1 digital power phase design with 90A high-spec DrMOS VRMs and tantalum polymer capacitors, ensuring it can handle high-end Intel Core i9 processors efficiently.
The CVN Z790D5 Ark Frozen motherboard includes a 2.5 GbE Ethernet port, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.3. It offers a single PCIe 5.0 x16 slot that is backward compatible with PCIe 4.0 devices, such as the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics cards, and an additional PCIe 4.0×4 slot for add-in devices like RAID controllers and capture cards.
With four PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, users can configure high-capacity, high-speed storage. The motherboard features alloy-reinforced memory slots for enhanced aesthetics and durability, and its 8-layer PCB with thickened gold-plated contacts ensures stable and rapid data transmission, supporting memory overclocks up to DDR5-7800MHz.
