A Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip powers the Poco phone, whereas the Realme GT 6T has a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3. Both phones come in various RAM and storage options, with the top-most being 12GB+512GB. Please note that the 8GB+128GB version of the Realme GT 6T has UFS 3.1 storage, while the remaining models get UFS 4.0.
The Realme GT 6T has a slightly larger screen, although both have the same refresh rate and a punch-hole selfie cutout.
Both devices have a 50MP primary camera with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide lens on the back with up to 4K video recording. However, the Realme phone has a 32MP selfie shooter (vs. 20MP on the Poco F6) and supports 4K videos, which the Poco F6 lacks.
