Rogbid launched the Model C smartwatch last month. Now, the wearable devices maker has introduced a new offering. It is dubbed the Rogbid Model R and is touted to be the company’s first 4G Android smartwatch. The device comes with an integrated camera sensor. Yes, you read that right!It also packs a built-in SIM slot and a high-capacity battery. Read on to know what else the Rogbid Model R offers out of the box.
Rogbid Model R specifications
The Rogbid Model R sports a premium design with a metallic chassis. It has two physical buttons on the right side. The 2MP camera sensor is sandwiched between them. It can be used to take a photo, record video, and also scan QR codes. The smartwatch is IP67-certified dust and water-resistant.
The Rogbid Model R has a circular dial with a 1.85-inch display bearing an HD resolution of 400 x 400 pixels and a 98 percent RGB color gamut. The left side of the device features a SIM card slot with a compatible nano SIM for an independent network ensuring that you stay connected anytime anywhere. There is an integrated microphone and speaker for hands-free calls. The smartwatch also comes with a built-in GPS that provides real-time location and route info without depending on a connected smartphone.
Coming to the health features, the Rogbid Model R is equipped with a heart rate and SpO2 sensor. It is also capable of monitoring blood pressure. It supports tracking multiple sports modes.
The Rogbid Model R is equipped with a quad-core processor paired with 3GB RAM for a smooth and seamless performance. There is 32GB of native storage that can be used to download plenty of apps from the Google Play Store. The smartwatch runs on Android 8.1 out of the box. The wearable device runs on a 1,100mAh battery unit. It packs convenient features like NFC, flashlight, notifications, and more.
The Rogbid Model R is offered in Obsidian Black and Shiny Silver colors in silicone and stainless steel strap options. It carries a price tag of $159.99 but is available at a promotional launch price tag of $79.99.
