Currently, this service is available for the Xiaomi Buds 4 Pro and Xiaomi Buds 5 models. To avail of the service, customers must purchase it alongside their new earphones. In the event of a lost or damaged earphone, users can contact Xiaomi customer support to initiate a replacement process. This involves sending the remaining earphone and charging case to a designated repair center for verification. Once confirmed, customers can purchase a replacement earphone at a discounted price.

Xiaomi covers the shipping costs for both the initial shipment to the repair center and the subsequent delivery of the replacement earphone. This service is currently limited to one-time use per headset and cannot be transferred to other devices.
