Xiaomi has launched a new selfie stick called Zoom Floor Selfie Stick in the Chinese market. The stick is priced at 149 Yuan ($21) and it is now available on JD.com. Let’s check out its key specs.

This selfie stick features a 1.6-meter-long telescopic rod made from ten-segment aluminum alloy, offering durability and ease in capturing wide-angle shots. It doubles as a tripod with a quick-release mechanism that unfolds automatically with a tap, combining compactness and portability with a natural eye-level extension for photos.
The stability of the tripod is enhanced by a zinc alloy umbrella rib structure within its large base. The tripod’s widened and extended legs increase the load-bearing area, reducing the likelihood of shaking.
Additionally, the tripod is equipped with non-slip silicone foot pads that provide better ground support, making it stable even on uneven surfaces. For outdoor shooting, the tripod includes holes for auxiliary ground spikes, which can be purchased separately.
The Xiaomi Zoom Selfie Stick also includes a multifunctional Bluetooth remote control, stored magnetically in the handle to prevent loss. The remote control offers several convenient functions, including quick camera startup, switching between photo and video modes, and remote zoom with 0.1x precision.
Users can also easily switch between the front and rear cameras with a single click. The remote control has a range of up to 10 meters, although some advanced features like zoom and mode switching are only supported on Xiaomi and MIUI devices.
The selfie stick includes a built-in rotatable phone clamp for multi-axis rotation, enabling easy adjustment of shooting angles and switching between landscape and portrait modes. It also features a hidden accessory interface at the top for attaching additional equipment like fill lights or a cold shoe adapter, enhancing its versatility.
