Lenovo has launched its new Xiaoxin Elephant Black and White Laser Printer in the Chinese market, designed for efficient home and office use. The printer is now available for purchase on JD.com for 1299 yuan ($182). Let’s check out its key specs.

The printer supports black and white printing along with scanning and copying capabilities, with a printing speed of up to 26 pages per minute. It features automatic double-sided printing, eliminating the need for manual page flipping.
Additionally, the device enables direct printing from WeChat chat files, making it a convenient option for users needing quick access to print documents.
In terms of consumables, the Xiaoxin Elephant printer uses a separate drum and toner system, which helps reduce material costs. The toner, priced at 99 yuan ($14), can print approximately 1,500 A4 pages, while the drum is available at 249 yuan ($35).
The initial toner cartridge that comes with the printer can print around 1,000 pages. For regular usage, the cost per printed page is estimated to be around 0.06 Yuan, offering a cost-effective solution for those requiring frequent printing.
For connectivity, the printer supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth pairing, USB wired connections, and compatibility with both PC/Mac and smartphones or tablets through the Smart Home app. It is designed to handle up to 100 users, making it suitable for families or small offices with multiple devices.
Lenovo also offers on-site repair and replacement services in over 100 cities. Customers outside these areas will need to send the device for repair under the warranty.
