Xiaomi has finally unveiled its first Mini LED gaming monitor for the international market. The aptly named Mini LED Gaming Monitor G Pro 27i arrives a little over four months after a brief appearance on the company’s global website. However, its roots trace back further, having debuted earlier this year in China as the Redmi Display G Pro 27.

Xiaomi Mini LED Gaming Monitor G Pro 27i Specifications
The G Pro 27i boasts a familiar spec sheet for high-performance gaming displays. Users can expect a 27-inch IPS panel with a QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution stretched across a 16:9 aspect ratio.
The refresh rate clocks in at a smooth 180Hz, while a 1ms (GtG) response time, coupled with AMD FreeSync support, aims to minimize ghosting and screen tearing during intense gameplay.

Where the G Pro 27i separates itself from the pack is with its Mini LED backlight technology. This translates to 1152 local dimming zones, enabling the monitor to achieve a peak HDR brightness of 1,000 nits and VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification. It promises deeper blacks, brighter highlights, and a more immersive viewing experience for HDR content.
Color accuracy is another selling point. The G Pro 27i comes factory-calibrated to a ΔE<2 rating, indicating minimal color deviation. It also boasts impressive color gamut coverage, reaching 97% Adobe RGB, 99% DCI-P3, and 100% sRGB.
For connectivity, the monitor offers an adjustable stand and supports 75 x 75 mm VESA mounts for added flexibility. In terms of inputs, it features a pair of DisplayPort 1.4 ports and two HDMI 2.0 ports.
Price and Availability
The Mini LED Gaming Monitor G Pro 27i is now available through major retailers like Amazon and Walmart, carrying a price tag of $329.99.
