Samsung has reduced the price of its Galaxy A15 5G ahead of the anticipated launch of the Galaxy A16 5G. While Samsung hasn’t officially announced the Galaxy A16 5G, the price cut suggests its release could be soon, possibly during sales events like Flipkart’s Big Billion Days or Amazon’s Great Indian Festival.

The Galaxy A15 5G now comes with a ₹2,500 discount on all variants, available for online and offline purchases. For example, the 6GB+128GB model is now priced at ₹15,499 on Reliance Digital, while the 8GB + 128GB model is down to ₹19,999.

The Samsung Galaxy A15 5G comes with a 6.5-inch sAMOLED display featuring a waterdrop notch, FHD+ resolution, and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. Its Key Island design includes a raised section on the right side, which houses the power button and volume controls. For photography, the smartphone is equipped with a 50MP main camera, along with a 5MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor.
Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor, the Galaxy A15 5G offers up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is fueled by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging and operates on Android 14 straight out of the box.
In other news, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is expected to see a price increase of $100 compared to its predecessor, raising the starting price to $699. However, despite the higher cost, there may not be upgrades in RAM or storage, with the base model still offering 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
