Honor has quietly released MagicBook X 16 2025 Combat Edition in China. The new model arrives less than a year after the launch of the 2024 series. For the unaware, the last gen debuted in December 2023.

However, it is worth noting that the latest laptop is labeled ‘Combat Edition’ and not the regular X 16 2025, which may arrive later. This so-called edition is actually a downgrade from the X 16 2024.

Therefore, it is priced lower and comes in Starry Gray color instead of Glacier Silver. It not only has a less powerful chip but also a lower-capacity battery as well. Apart from these differences, the new notebook is the same as the old one.
