Redmi is gearing up for the China launch of the Redmi Note 14 Pro series on September 26th. And now a new development suggests the higher-end Note 14 Pro+ could be making its way to India soon after.

The phone’s model number, 24115RABEI, has popped up on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website. The number shares similarities with the Chinese (24115RA8EC) and global (24115RA8EG) variants, confirming it’s indeed the Note 14 Pro+.

As usual, the BIS listing doesn’t reveal any specifics about the phone. The news follows the previous sighting of the standard Redmi Note 14 Pro (model number 24090RA29I) on the same platform.

Redmi Note 14 Pro+ Specifications

Specs-wise, the phone features a curved 1.5K OLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The exact screen measurement is still under wraps, but rumors suggest it will be a 6.67-inch panel.

Performance-wise, the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ packs a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. It is paired with a hefty 6,200mAh battery that should easily last a full day on a single charge. Backing this up is a speedy 90W fast charging.

The camera department seems promising as well. The primary sensor is a 50-megapixel OmniVision Light Fusion 800 (OmniVision OV50H) with OIS, a 13.2 EV native dynamic range, and an f/1.6 aperture.

Accompanying this is another 50-megapixel telephoto camera with a 60mm focal length, f/2.0 aperture, and 2.5x optical zoom. Details of the third, likely an ultrawide sensor are under wraps.

With the official China launch just around the corner, it shouldn’t be long before we get more details about the Indian variant of the Redmi Note 14 Pro+. The BIS certification hints at a possible launch shortly after its debut in China. Keep an eye out for further developments in the coming weeks.
