Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy M15 5G Prime Edition, mirroring the Galaxy M15 5G launched earlier in April. The phone offers an AMOLED display for budget-conscious customers, along with 5G connectivity and a 50MP triple camera setup.

The Galaxy M15 5G Prime Edition features a 6.6-inch FHD+ Infinity-V Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a water drop notch. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset, an octa-core processor (2x Cortex-A76 @ 2.2GHz, 6x Cortex-A55 @ 2GHz) paired with the Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Users can choose between 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via microSD.

The phone runs on Android 14 with One UI 6, with a promise of 4 generations of Android updates and 5 years of security patches. The camera setup includes a 50 MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 5 MP ultra-wide sensor (f/2.2), and a 2 MP macro sensor (f/2.4). The notch houses a 13 MP selfie sensor. Connectivity features include 5G SA/NSA, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.3, and a USB Type-C port. It houses a 6000mAh battery supporting 25W fast charging, though a charger is not provided in the box.

The phone is priced at Rs. 13,499 (4GB), Rs. 14,999 (6GB), and Rs. 16,499 (8GB) with available colors: Blue Topaz, Celestial Blue, and Stone Grey. With a coupon, the prices drop to Rs. 10,999, Rs. 11,999, and Rs. 13,499, respectively. The phone will be available on Amazon.in, Samsung.com, and select retail stores.
In other news, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is expected to launch on September 26, but a pre-order listing briefly appeared on Samsung US’ website. The listing revealed that the base model (8GB+128GB) will be priced at $649 and will come in Gray, Graphite, Mint, and Blue colors in the US.
