It’s no surprise that iQOO is working on its next performance-oriented flagship, the iQOO 13. We have been hearing about it through leaks and rumors, and in a new one, tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) has revealed details about its camera setup.
iQOO 13 camera specifications
DCS keeps the phone’s name under wraps in the leak, but its likely that these specs belong to the iQOO 13. According to the tipster, the phone will feature a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor. It will replace the same resolution Omnivision OV50H sensor of the iQOO 12.
The ultrawide sensor will remain the same as its predecessor, a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1. For telephoto, iQOO will replace the 64MP 3x OmniVision sensor with a 50MP Sony IMX826 that will offer 2x optical zoom support.
The tipster, however, didn’t share details on the selfie camera. Rumors suggest it will be a 16MP sensor on the punch-hole cutout in front. Additionally, the tipster mentions the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, internally codenamed “SM8750.”
Rest of the specs
Apart from this, a previous report suggests the phone will feature a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, likely manufactured by BOE.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip will be paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. And on the software front, the iQOO 13 is tipped to run OriginOS 15 based on Android 15.
The phone is also expected to pack a hefty 6,100mAh dual-cell battery with support for 120W fast charging. Wireless charging is expected to reach 50W.
Additional features mentioned in earlier leaks include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, a metal middle frame, a signature Halo light strip, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. iQOO 13 may launch in India by early December price tag of around Rs 55,000.
