Lenovo has officially launched the Legion Y700 tablet along with the Legion G7 gaming controller. The Legion G7, compatible with both smartphones and tablets, comes with a built-in USB-C plug for a direct connection and zero latency.

Featuring Hall effect joysticks, the Legion G7 offers improved precision, durability, and minimized stick drift compared to traditional mechanical joysticks. It also has a replaceable faceplate, and its ABXY buttons can be customized via bundled software for broader game compatibility.

The controller includes Hall effect analog triggers for a gaming experience similar to that of PC and consoles, as well as two customizable back buttons. It also supports passthrough charging via a built-in USB-C port and includes a 3.5mm audio jack.
Pricing & availability
The Lenovo Legion G7 is available for pre-order in China at CNY 499 ($71), with global availability yet to be confirmed.
