Samsung could be making its top end flagship phone more easier to carry around. Fresh dummy units have recently surfaced online, showcasing the design of the Galaxy S25 Ultra with a new thinner body. This new slimmer profile could be a welcomed change considering its tall form factor, so here’s what we know so far.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra’s design was revealed via an aluminum dummy unit that was shared on the Online Solitaire blog in collaboration with @xleaks7. Looking at the image, we get a proper view of the upcoming premium phone from the back, front, and even the sides. Earlier this week, we covered a fresh report about how Samsung is taking design cues from the 4 year old Galaxy S21 Ultra. Leaked cover case showcased noticeably rounded corners, which can be seen in this dummy unit as well.

The blog also adds that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will measure 162.82 x 77.65 x 8.25mm in dimensions. In other words, the upcoming S25 Ultra is not just thinner than the Galaxy S24 Ultra, but also slightly taller and narrower. To recall, the 24 Ultra measures 162.30 x 79.00 x 8.60mm. So there isn’t a massive redesign with the next gen flagship and you likely won’t notice these differences immediately.

Samsung’s Galaxy Ultra series has faced criticism for being too large at times and hard to carry around. Meaning, the rounded corners and thinner body should make it easier to hold. It will also feature high end specs and features like the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, 200MP+50MP+10MP+50MP quad camera setup, and a tall 6.86-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen. Keep in mind that this is still just an unconfirmed dummy unit, so take this report with a pinch of salt for now. You can click here to check out everything we know about the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
