Infinix, a brand known for its budget-friendly smartphones, recently launched its first foldable phone, the Infinix Zero Flip, in the global market last week. The brand has now confirmed that the flip smartphone will be launching in India on October 17, 2024.

Infinix Zero Flip features (global):
The Infinix Zero Flip features a 6.9-inch foldable LTPO AMOLED FHD+ display with a 1080 x 2640 pixel resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 1400 nits peak brightness. It also includes 2160Hz PWM dimming for improved visual comfort.

The external screen is a 3.64-inch AMOLED display with a 1056 x 1066 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, and 1100 nits peak brightness.
The front camera uses a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor with autofocus, while the rear has a dual-camera setup: a 50MP Samsung GN5 main sensor with OIS and a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. Both cameras support 4K 60fps video recording, making it ideal for vlogging and video content creation, with DV mode and GoPro mode.

The Zero Flip runs on the Dimensity 8020 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 8GB of virtual RAM, and includes 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The 4720mAh battery supports 70W fast charging and 10W reverse wired charging.
Running Android 14 with XOS 14.5, the device comes with two Android OS updates and three years of security updates. Security features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, while JBL dual speakers enhance audio. Additional features include an x-axis linear motor for better haptic feedback and support for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and USB-C.
The Infinix Zero Flip is priced at NGN 1,065,000 (approximately $645) in Nigeria for the 8GB+512GB model. It comes in two color choices: Rock Black and Blossom Glow. Internationally, the device is available for $599.
